1. Is there a minimum value to order?

No, if the order value is below $80 then there will be a flat shipping charge of $5 to be borne by the customer.

We offer free island wide delivery for orders of $80 and above and also qualify for Kids GainHealth Membership benefits.

2. Do you offer same day delivery for prescription medication?

For Prescription drugs: If the Tele-consultation was made before 5 pm, we offer prescription drugs delivery with in 4 hours.

If the tele - consultation was made after 5 pm, the prescription drugs will be despatched on the next day.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

At Kids Gainhealth we accept credit card or debit card payment with Visa and Mastercard.

4. Do you ship packages internationally?

No, currently we only ship our products with in Singapore and our products are priced in Singapore dollars.

5. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Sorry, we don't accept returns once the product is opened due to hygiene concerns.

If a product was shipped wrongly, please contact us via email info@kidsgainhealth.com with your order number and we will provide the replacements that will match you with your original order.

6. How do I use my Gift Certificate/Coupon Code?

Gift card and Voucher code is for one time use only and only available for the products available on the Kidsgainhealth.com

To use your Gift card or voucher code is very simple:

Place all of the items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Under Your Payment Information, find the box labeled "Redeem Gift Cards and Coupons". Enter your code in the box and click "Apply".

1. What are the different subscription plan available?

We have two subscription model. Where you can buy monthly subscription plan and Quarterly subscription model which has a bundle discount. Where you get to save your money.

2. Does the subscription covers prescription medicine delivery?

No, Tele-consultation is currently offered to the members of kids GainHealth.

Please refer to Ask a Doctor FAQ section for more information on the membership benefits.

Prescription drugs are delivered separately after the tele-consultation if prescribed with in 4 hours when the tele-consultation was made before 5 pm.

Tele-consultation made after 5 pm the prescription medicine will be delivered on the next working day. Or the patient can request to collect it from the approved panel pharmacies by the patient.

1. Do we get free medical consultation with doctor with the subscription plan?

Yes, you get unlimited doctor consultation for the child with eczema. This will help to manage the flareups and other services will be charged based on case by case. That includes any prescription medicine and Medical certificate issued.

2. Do you have Dermatologist among your panel doctors?

No, our medical doctors can offer for a dermatologist appointment referral through the portal.

1. What is the shipping charge at Kids Gainhealth website?

😀 For orders below SG$80 we charge a flat shipping rate of $5.

For orders SG$80 and above, we offer free island wide delivery.

We also understand parents concern for the same day order delivery. We heared you parents and now we provide same day shipping at $15 flat rate. Non minimum order required.
